TTC 2 and half years

me and my husband have been trying for over 2 years now with no luck. I have stage 4 endo which is mainly rectovaginal and have had 4 surgeries so far to remove. My tubes are clear, I ovulate and my uterine lining is okay (I also have adeno). My partner has low morphology and slightly low motility. We are taking all the supplements, use preseed and I am being healthier. I feel like we should of at least got pregnant by now but nothings happening. We can’t do IVF until I am 30 next year which is our areas rules. Anyone else have similar stories?

I am so sorry. It’s so tough. My husband and I tried for 3 years and I fell pregnant but lost it last month 😔 we may be looking at IVF too. All the best for you 🤍
