AMH levels - any advice on interpreting results?

ok so previously my AMH level was 5.8, in jan 2022 and now I’ve got results from June 2022 and it’s went up to 6.5. Is this normal? I have stage 4 endo for reference and waiting on surgery which is probably going to wipe out my level and make any chance of ivf not possible, but just wondered if it’s normal for it to go up like this? I am 38

also any one know about TFT results? This was 1.26 no idea what this means?
