I have been developing more persistent almost constant pain over the last month which is only barely managed with my current medication. I had timed my pain meds so I should have got a good night sleep, but woke this morning with bladder pain, which I'd had on and off yesterday too. It doesn't feel like bladder infections I've had previously that started as cystitis, burning when urinating and then travelled up into bladder. There's no burning when I wee, but constant pain in front of pelvic area where bladder is. I don't feel any urgency to wee, in fact I have to strain to make myself go. iwill ask GP for a dip test Monday but I'm wondering if anyone with diagnosed bladder endo can tell me if this sounds like their pain. There's definitely been a progression in my endo symptoms as the bowel pain is much worse and almost constant now, so wouldn't be surprised if this bladder pain is endo too.

Bladder endo or bladder infection?
I had deep bladder endo (removed during surgery in 2020 but feel it’s definitely come back) and similarly, I have pain in my bladder (almost like a tearing / pulling sensation) and the pain is worse in my pelvis when my bladder is full / when urinating or even when bowel is full. I can’t seem to numb this with pain meds when at it’s worse but is bearable when I sit / lay still with a hot water bottle. Sorry I can’t offer any more advice!
Be slightly cautious with dip sticks from GP, I had numerous doses of antibiotics before endo was diagnosed due to have lots of blood in urine. I believe this antibiotic treatment was completely unnecessary as the blood was likely from bladder endo. I only ever take antibiotics, personally, when leukocytes are in the urine. This is not without risk though as have ended up in hospital with IV antibiotics due to having untreated UTI that went up to kidneys (though I do have duplex kidneys so there’s more of a risk for me).
I used to get uti’s all the time for over 10 years, anything would bring them on. They stopped when I was given hrt, it seems it was early menopause, no other symptoms just that.
