it’s period weak and my gosh the pain has taken me out not only my full abdomen and my back but tingling and numb legs vomiting and just overall fatigue.
The pain feels like a hot blade is being stabbed into my abdomen and is really VERY deep. I’ve had such a stressful week which isn’t making it better and have just started uni as well. Im in cocodamol but the doctor only give me 15 a week is is pointless when my period is 5 days heavy and agonising.
Im not in pain where I feel like I’m gonna die so I don’t think A&E is a shout but I can’t get up to eat or anything. The pain is so bad an don crying does anyone have any advice. I take menfanic acid cocodamol 40 and paracetamol as wel as a tens machine and calming teas im in aging

I really feel for you its incredibly painful at times and the numbness of the legs and sciatica can be very disorientating. Sometimes a distraction from the pain also helps. I know it feels like the worst week of pain but I would take some pain killers to take the edge off and try and go for a walk, or a nice bath. If you can distract your mind from the pain you will hopefully be able to become more mobile and take your thoughts off the symptoms for a bit. I know that sounds a little weird when your in pain but it is good to try and distract to keep functioning during flare ups xx
