Yep lol! It can be really helpful to tackle things in short bursts with rest between. So don't try push through pain and keep going, stop and rest. I generally do one thing, say the dishwasher or the hoovering, then i rest for 15 mins and then i tackle the next thing. Do stuff if you're getting up anyway, like clearing the table of cups when you go for a wee :) do stuff sat down, I can iron on the couch haha I just lower my board so it is easy to use sat down.

Most of all, if you don't get round to some things then don't stress. If the ironing isn't done but the clothes are clean and dry, don't worry. Who cares lol. If you have a bit of washing up to do but plenty of plates and stuff to get you through until tomorrow, just leave it for the day. Dusting? Meh lol. I do it if I have the energy and the kids are drawing in the dust hahaha. Basically i keep the house as tidy as possible but I don't stress over the small stuff, it's a house not a show home so it doesn't have to sparkle. Just needs to be organised and clean :) don't hurt yourself for a bit of mopping lol let someone else do it 😉 do you have help at all? Xxx

Agree with the other poster - prioritise!do the absolute essentials and in short bursts when you can. If you’re having an awful day - housework can wait! If you can afford it get a cleaner or a friend who might help out even if just for an hour or two a week for the harder jobs! I fully appreciate this may not be an option, it’s not for me lol but if you can then do it and don’t feel bad about it! Do stuff as you go and try and keep on top of things
