hey guys! Finally after a year and a half I’m getting my first laparoscopy & hysteroscopy! Just have a quick question for everyone … what do you all take/do about the fatigue? I feel it’s one of my worst symptoms like some days when I wake up I just feel so sick and unable to move and just have to stay in bed the whole day. I don’t know if there are any vitamins anyone can recommend or anything? It’s having a huge impact on my work as well as social life and I’m just worried it’s going to stay this bad or get worse? Some months I’m not too bad and it’s only really during my period or ovulation but this month it’s been constant
Any help/recommendations would be greatly appreciated ❤️ xo

Hey, I struggle with this aswell, some people recommended magnesium supplements although I didn’t notice a huge difference personally. (may be because I am a teenager so already too tired from getting up early for school to see an impact if that makes sense) I recently have started to have a 30 min nap and found that really helped me, if that could be fitted into your lifestyle? I would love to hear any other suggestions myself! xx
Hiya, have you had any blood test done to check your iron and vitamine D levels. These 2 make a huge difference on energy ans fatigue levels for me personally. Most people with endo includes myself has fatigue on their list of problems with endo. Mine got a lot better with getting my iron, b12 and vitamine D levels up. Hope it helps a little
Thanks so much I will definitely look into these and see if they help! I’m glad I’m not alone in feeling like this so that’s also nice to know (but also not nice haha) xo
