pain relief?!

Hi all,

I’m just wondering what you guys take to relieve pain and swelling for general monthly unpleasantness not a full flare.

I used to take paracetamol and ibuprofen, then later switched to diclofenac instead of ibuprofen. Lots of people take co-codamol - paracetamol and codeine in various strengths. Paracetamol/ codeine and an anti inflammatory med like diclofenac or ibuprofen would I guess be what many people use.

There are stronger opiate type meds like tramadol as well for severe pain.

Tens machines work well for lots of people, I have a small wearable one that works well for me.

Hot water bottle! ( or heat pad).

Thanks for your reply. It’s just getting used to being constantly swollen and sore I guess
