First symptom flare-up

Hello lovelies

im pretty new, I was diagnosed a month ago in a laparoscopy. I'm pretty sure I'm currently having my first flare-up. I stupidly ate a lot of red and processed meat over the weekend. On Sunday my stomach swelled up and was very painful, yesterday I was struggling so much with fatigue that I could barely keep my eyes open at work and I went straight to bed when I got home. my belly swelled up so much I could have been 6 months pregnant. Today I'm suffering so much with fatigue and brain fog,and I'm so emotional and anxious I keep welling up.

i don't know how to cope with this. I haven't had any correspondence about a follow up after my diagnosis. I just feel horrible, unwell, so bloody tired and emotionally raw.

does anyone have any advice?

Currently going through something very similar. I was recently diagnosed a couple of months ago. so any advice would be great!
