cerazette And Mirena

hi all,

Just looking for a little advice. I have the mirena for 9’months now and still have periods and heavy and 8-10 days. Irregular bleeding and something 2 “batches” if you like in the same month.

Just come out of hospital appointment with endo specialist and advice is to have cerazette on top of mirena as well as Tranexamic Acid when I come on.

Does anyone have any experience with either of these or both?
