Hi

If it’s from the Prostrap it’ll be hard, are you getting pain still in the abdomen/pelvis still?

Hopefully Prostrap is helping this.

I was diagnosed with IMO from the SIBO breath test, both can cause bloating/pain. Might be something to consider. They give antibiotics, personally I think they’d help Endo in general. I know when I had them for throat/sinus they generally made me feel better all over, never twigged why until now.

Look into Endo anti inflammatory diet, it might help if the injection has thrown the balance out.

It’s so hard, especially when we have to be so preemptive of everything medical. We don’t get to sit back as the medical knowledge isn’t there.

Thank I might have to consider doing the anti-inflammatory diet againIn the last four weeks I noticed my period pains are much worse than ever but apparently it takes time for everything to settle down!

It doesn’t help at all I want to eat are plain foods like cheese on toast

Pizza chocolate basically comfort foods

I don’t have a lot of willpower

It does, sometimes I think they use that so we don’t pester them 😂

Have you tried lactose free milk, cheese etc. Even the vegan stuff isn’t bad.

Sugar is a big culprit, I make my own chocolate, this time I used Truvia icing sugar and they have that snap I failed to get with coconut sugar. Part of the batch is maple syrup and carob sweetener, both low fodmap, not sure about the anti inflammatory side 😂

You can do more healthy comfort foods, I’m the same 🙂

Trying to get gut sorted has cost precious pennies but I’ll try anything. I’ve got somewhere with NHS but so hard.

Your GP can give you a link re low fodmap and then booking yourself in with a dietician. It says it’s for IBS but you can ignore that part

Thank you I will try to get an appointment with my doctor to get that information!I’ve been told I’m not allowed surgery so this is my only option!

I hope you sort things out. Look up Endo Belly on podcast, info on anti inflammatory and SIBO.Why won’t they do any more surgery?

Well I have quite a complex medical history so they never want to touch me incase I break! I have Epilepsy also ; it interferes with a lot of drugs they usually treat endometriosis with! So theres not much help for me!

Not so good. It’s hard with other conditions, especially Epilepsy. Has the dr checked bloods for hormone levels, vit D, other vits/mins? Could be useful.

Have you tried Cannabis? Legally that is? Supposed to help chronic pain and epilepsy

It is, November 2018, but hard to get on the NHS. You may have more luck with it because of the epilepsy. Only consultants can prescribe. There are companies that offer cheap consultations but the actual medicine is quite expensive. It’s not cheap for them to buy. It is possible on NHS, I think you’d have the best chance, you’ve been through the wars.
