Hey all!

I’m new to this group but it’s year now since I first when to a Gp regarding my Pelvic pain and I’m still waiting for my first Gynecology app (I’ve had ultrasounds)… which feels like the day will never arrive!

i still have no diagnosis but have been told endometriosis is probably the cause I have a fibroid too, I’ve been back on the pill for probably 7 months which doesn’t help with flare ups unfortunately….

But my main question today is:

Does anyone else find that certain everyday exercises can cause the sharp pelvic pain, such a lifting a small dog or driving? Not during a period ( although not during a period).

Yes. Standing up getting out of a car often causes sharp pelvic pain for me.
