Before diagnosis had the implant constant headaches/migraines
Quick back story had lap in 2016 and excision was preformed . had the marina inserted had the injection to bring menopause for 6 months (that helped loads as was able to enjoy my wedding day) but not licensed any longer than 6 months,
by 2020 i had enough of the pain and headaches i was getting from what i believed to be the marina , so had this taken out and put on Levest Combined Pill now i am still getting bad headaches and pains in my stomach and bloating however this is more scheduled now i have 2 weeks ill , 2 weeks can do things (if i don’t get a random flare) is there any better contraception to take (35yo - Endo in bowl and uterus and pouch of Douglas so don’t think hysterectomy is the answer?)
TIA

Hey there, is there the option on getting another surgey to remove the endo that’s been found in all those places? The way I understand it there will be pain if there’s endo present and the hormonal contraception is to stop more from growing / inflaming with the cycle?
Assume the merina coil didn’t stop mensuration ?
Sorry for asking more questions then answering yours! From what you said it sounds like another surgery should be the next step and have the coil put in at the same time…
Does the only progesterone pills help with endometriosis? I cannot take combined hormonal pills for medical reason. And I don’t want the mire a coil bcos I got fibroids also. And some ppl has complained of pain after insertion. I know it might be different for me. But I will preferred to have tablets if it doesn’t agreed with me I can just stop it.
