Really annoyed

Initially I was going to go with my mum to grandads until they moved my injection a week on and mum wouldn't let me cancel it to go with her now I don't know how I would get on in the car but I feel like I need to go and see grandad and having explored the other routes I can't afford them so I'm trapped when I don't feel like I can be strong enough at the moment mum didn't seem to understand.

We understand how frustrating it can be when plans change, especially if your grandad hasn't been well recently.

Dealing with endometriosis along with poorly family members is incredibly stressful and I'd really recommend looking through our treatment pack to see if any of the suggested complementary therapies could help, for example meditation (you can find lots of free beginners sessions online that only require 10-minutes per day).

You could also try some breathing exercises if you're feeling anxious of in a high state of stress or frustration. Box breathing is brilliant for this - it's a breath in (slowly) for a count of four, hold for a count of four, breath out for a count of four and hold for a count of four (slowly). You can then repeat several times.
