So my endo is currently the worst it’s ever been, not only is it a battle every day physically but also mentally now. My GP doesn’t know what to do with me anymore and because I’m on the hospital waiting list, that’s all they go back to - however every hospital appointment made for me this year has been cancelled and rescheduled, now it’s been pushed back to October.
I’m really struggling to see the light at the end of all of this and find anyone or anything that can help. I have been looking into health insurance which a lot of people do recommend, but every single one seems to not cover pre existing conditions, so seems they would be of no use anyway?
If anyone could let me know if there’s a good company I have missed, or recommendations for going private - anything else, I’d really appreciate it. I’m only 22 and I just can’t keep living in awful pain every day! X

I have been suffering with endo since I was about 12 and all insurance companies, like you said, say they only cover symptoms from the last 12 months. I explained to them that I had started having painful Intercourse within the last 12 months and that I had just had the mirena fitted and this was the honest truth. I was then allowed insurance cover for a laparoscopy I received in 4 months of seeking help from them. They do help if you’ve recently had changing symptoms. I hope this helps you! X
It’s through my dad’s company’s insurance so I’m not entirely sure I’m sorry. But most of them will be the same if your new symptoms start within the year x
why don't you go herbal sweetie. I was in a same situation about some months ago and the cluelessness the guys at the hospital showed was just saddening. but you need to know that they just follow what's on the books.well I had to go off the books and that's how I found a herbal medicine that helped me fix everything
the link bellow is the link to the herbal doctor who helped me
