Anyone with an autoimmune, with a diagnosis of Endometriosis! Does periods flare your autoimmune too?

Just been diagnosed with highly suspected dermatomyositis! Awaiting to rule out what is causing the weight loss and rashes! Currently having infection, autoimmune and cancer ruled out!

Anyway, I have noticed all this is linked to what Drs are calling Endometriosis! Not even sure it is at this point!.. Especially my left, severely complex ovary that landed me on the cancer pathway which no one would biopsy, even though I’m expected to wait 2-6 years for surgery!?

Not even sure what I’m asking, cuz no one knows what’s going on! My BMI is currently 16. My blood pressure is on the increase. And my inflammatory markers are 16 (should be 10) although at last bloods, white blood counts were normal, ruling out infection as a cause! So I guess at this point it’s figuring out if it’s cancer or autoimmune!

If the ovary was malignant, with endometriosis, could a period make my symptoms worse?

TIA
