Does anyone else experience a feeling of everything cramping up in the womb?

Hi ladies,

Do any if you get a feeling of tightness in your womb & ovaries?

Somethimes i feel like everything has seezed up & i have to slowly stand or move position up to release it all, if that makes sense?

I also can't stretch as it all pulls , causing intense sharp pains.

This is always worse the week before my period.

Does any of you experience this?

Hi,Yes I do regularly experience this and yes it is worse at certain times.I asked a women’s physio about it and she explained this can be because the position of the womb can change due to hormonal changes,hence the feelings.I almost feel like my womb ‘pings’ out of place sometimes and gives out a good pain before calming down again.And yes it does hurt a lot!Its only very short lived for me so I haven’t pursued any answers.It is weird and disconcerting.

Hiya, Ahh mine used to be random but now it's everyday, especially before my period.I can't stretch, like u know when we wake in the morning & have a good stretch, i can only do that slightly with my arms, if i slightly pull my tummy with it it feels likemy womb & ovaries are tearing 😖

Interesting about the position tho, as i havea tilted uterus so could be why 🤔 xx
