I am currently in alot of pain using hot water bottle, tens machine and using my morphine. But still struggling anyone got any hints or tips that may help

Iv been having the same problems. What kind of Morphine are you on? Do you know where/what kind of endo you have? X

I’m using ketoprofen 80mg (Brand: Oki) - but it’s an Italian brand.

I’ve tried getting these in the UK but no luck - my gp just ignores me and even once suggested paracetamol! I will try again as I think they have it here as Oruvail.

Also Ibuprofen Express (400mg x2 or x3) but it’s like a daily doze in one go and doesn’t help for long.

Ketoprophen is the only decent painkiller which helps me. At least I can fly home to get it.

I found that taking daily Serrapeptase supplements have reduced my pain. Theyre hard to find online but worth a try.
