Help for a research study

We are a group of students working with a research institute which is developing a new tech to improve how endometriosis is diagnosed (Making it less invasive, getting faster results...). I cannot tell much of the technology due to NDAs but it will be very helpful if some of you could give us some insight on how your journey with endometriosis was. This survey is completely anonymous and is only aimed to get to know if there is a need for our technology. Thank you for your collaboration!

Hi, I’d love to help but would like to see the ethics form / approval from the university before filling in sensitive information. Thanks
