Case Studies needed - Women at work

Endometriosis UK have received a request from Channel 4 for case studies. They are looking to do a story on how women with endometriosis are affected at work. In particular, they are looking for women who are unable to take breaks at work, are on zero hours contracts or who have physical jobs that they have to do even if in pain.

Hi, I work in the hospitality industry and have just gave my job up this week due to how progressively worse I've become recently. I am still undergoing the process for an official diagnosis- would this qualify?
