Does anyone else get spasms in their uterus?

I have been having an awful flare over the last week, with not much of a break since my last flare. Today I have been getting what can only be described as painful spasms across my uterus, like what.you would get if you had leg cramp. If anyone does get this is there anything that calms it down? Xx

Hello I am experiencing tis it’s rather strange and also during a bad flare up! So sorry I’ve not fo anything to relieve it yet x

Hey I have had the same sort of thing when I'm having a bad flare up my stomach seems to spasm. Whenever I have flare ups I tend to lay like a baby head and shoulders down with bum in the air but the spasms made it uncomfortable. I piled pillows underneath me so that they put a bit of pressure/support for my stomach and that seemed to get it to stop spasming. I guess it depends what you do to try to get comfortable when you have a flare up but holding your stomach or putting a bit of pressure against it, not a lot, just like you're kind of supporting it? I'm not sure if I explained it very well but hope it helps x

That really helps thank you for the advise. It seems to all be calming down now but. Sure I've not seen the last of it! At least I've something to try now xx
