i have very likely symptoms of endo but a 64 week wait with gyno
looking for help with endo belly as i get it really badly
its gotten worse as time has gone on - so a few months ago id bloat massively but for a few hours max during the days before my period, but now ive had extreme bloat to the point where i look pregnant for two weeks ( ovulation week then period week non stop )
the pain, frequency and size of the bloat gets worse with each period i have.
as a uni student endo belly is interrupting my degree and life - my clothes dont fit and its physically and mentally challenging & draining to look pregnant at 21yrs.
im taking curcumin tablets and using a hot water bottle on my stomach almost all the time but nothing helps
any advise would be much appreciated thanks

Omg how horrible is it to study when you have a flare up and submissions. I totally get you. I know how it feels I feel you. And we are all here for you.
Please feel free to reach out I’ve been trying some turmeric tea and taking ginger tablets going through herbal roots but the pain is so bad. It has gotten much better since starting the IUD but it’s a horrible Experience.
Try raspberry leaf it helped me a lot with pain and I hope you feel better soon.
studying with endo is awful, luckily my uni has been decent and alot of the women lecturers have been so understanding with my poor attendance, if you havent already spoken to your institution then you so should !!
ive recently gotten help from my unis disability team regarding exam arrangements such as extra time ect. you should deffo try that.
in terms of the turmeric tea you should try curcumin tablets they're good for bloating.
As for herbal roots i've even tried Chinese herbalism and acupuncture but found it to be no help so i feel your defeat with exhausting different remedies with little success.
Ill deffo try raspberry leaf thank you so much for the suggestion.
I think I’m going to do some pathology and go private because I have such bad medical anxiety and I feel like my organs have fused and will end up with a poo bag after my operation.
I literally have a submission due for tomorrow but I feel so defeated I’m struggling to get out of bed.
I will try those tablets and see how they work - thank you
that sounds awful, i hope you are okay or as okay as you can be.
i dont want to sound presumptuous, but to go private have you considered starting a go fund me? you have so much to deal with and im sure people want to help !!!!
so am I !! but the waiting time is ridiculous !! i went private to half the time because the NHS were very unsympathetic with waiting times . hope you are well today
