For the past few months I've been on an endo diet: no gluten, no dairy, no sugar, vegan and organic.
Lately I am bloating up everyday. It is painful, uncomfortable and don't fit into my pants because I feel and seem quite pregnant. The Endo Belly. I can bloat up any time during the day, often times in the evening Sometimes I can bloat up while I am sleeping and I will wake up with the pain that will keep me up for a few hours. I take peppermint tea or Ginger tea and put some heat on it.
I thought that the Endo diet would minimize these flare ups because it is anti-inflammatory and instead I feel like it is getting worse.
Does anyone have any insights and suggestions?
Thank you!

I know exactly what you mean. While others say their bellies go up and down, mine constantly is bloated.
It turns out that there is a lot of blood in my pelvis. Every time I have my period, the endo bleeds and fills my pelvis up with blood.
I suggest that you go see your GP for either a scan or a referral to an endo centre. An endo centre is definitely better. The issue is that as long as there is endo, and it continues to bleed, some of us continue to have these fluids, also known as ascites.
If the blood doesn't go anywhere, then your endo belly doesn't go anywhere. So, you might need them to do a paracentesis. Speak to your doctors about this, and mention this to them.
Wish you all the best, and message me if you need any more info.
The exact same has just happened to me!! I've done the diet thing and exercise and it's been under control. Last Monday I bloated and have stayed looking pregnant ever since (very hard as have been ttc for 2 years). It was not ovulation not period coming, no idea. Been at a hospital today and they've said it's just endo... Luckily I also have surgery lined up v soon so just have to hold on!! Sorry just ranting am so fed up!! Hope you deflate soon
That's what we are all here for, to read the rants and hopefully open space for you to feel compassion and loved. I am doing through a Lap tomorrow. Luckily the bloating has chilled out some. How are you ?
