Endo pain

I was diagnosed over a year ago with mild endometriosis and put onto first the combined pill and now the progesterone only pill. I can no longer take the combined pill due to migraines and my age.

However I have noticed recently that I have started spotting and getting cramps/backache periodically. I was fine on the progesterone only pill for about 6-8 months.

Just looking for advice as to whether this is one of those annoying side effects of the pill, and whether I should talk to GP about other options. Really just looking to hear about other peoples experiences with mild endometriosis. Gets you down after a while

Thanks
