Endometriosis life

I got diagnosed with endometriosis in May last year and was in hospital in July for a labroscopy to burn out all the big cells that were there for endometriosis. I have been on microgynon 30 from October to keep my levels low and under control so I can live a "normal" life. Since new year I have been experiencing pains in both of my sides and I am constantly feeling sick. Does anyone know if it is possible for it to spread again even after it being burnt out? Don't want to go doctors because they fob me off with pain killers and send me home again.
