I have had severe menstrual cramps for 7 years now and I'm sick 4 days in my 5 day cycle.I'm literally bedridden during the pain as it will be too painful to do anything.I also experience nausea , loss of appetite and dizziness. Has anyone dealt with this before?

This sounds like endometriosis, have you asked your GP about this? They should refer you to gynaecology. Has your GP prescribed painkillers for you? They can prescribe stronger meds than you can get over the counter. If you have painkillers and they’re not working don’t be afraid to go back and ask for something different/stronger. They could also give you something for nausea and they can give you medication to reduce the bleeding if that is an issue.
A lot of people find heat is helpful, hot water bottle and warm baths. I use a Tens machine as well, in my case the Ova2. ( on Amazon). That works for me.
The dizziness might just be because you are not eating much, or maybe you are bleeding heavily and are a bit anaemic. You could ask about getting your bloods checked. Try and eat little and often and keep hydrated.
I think you should be keeping on at your GP as this is not ‘norma’ period pain or something you should put up with. I hope you can get some help.
