Dizzy/lightheaded spells

Does anyone else get the feeling of light headed dizzy spells during ovualtion (aswell as the pains) urk I have been keeping a check on symptoms and its defo same time each month

Was checked over once in a and e any they're was no concerns (this was before my endo? Journey) but Ive realised its always this time its happeneing!

Also dont know what to do about changing contraceptive Im currently on implant which has stopped bleeding so good help there but the ovualtion period is so bad so dont know wheather to try something else

I always get dizzy around ovulation lovely I think a lot of women do, don’t think it’s just an endo thing xx
