Hi Everyone , recently I got diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis which was identified on my MRI scan and I have 2 small chocolate cysts on my right ovary , my previous MRI showed I have swollen fallopian tube haematosalpinx .I'm TTC and my dr suggested that I can try for ivf first instead of going to laproscopy .I'm confused right now because I want to try for natural pregnancy after laproscopy , is that possible and my dr said that during laproscopy surgery there might be a chance that nearby organs might get injured and I'm afraid of that . please share your experiences on laproscopy surgery and are there any risks if I opt for surgery .

Thanks in advance .
