Hi I've just had my second round of zoladex/lupron injection it seems to be helping so much pain wise and bloating too but the side effects of the pains in my legs and bones is so painful 😢 it's like my legs are in a vice and being crushed has anyone ever had this thankyou xx

Hi,

I get crazy pain after zoladex shots but only in the abdomen area. I was given a list of side effects when I started and it does mention bone, joint or muscle pain but says it's rare. Would recommend a chat with your nurse, hun.

Did they put you on zoladex straight away or did they upgrade you from prostap? I found prostap much gentler but less effective (of course).

No I was put on progesterone pills 3 times a day for 90 days but it wasn't doing anything for me so he got me in after the 90 days and he said next plan is the injection,he told me the side effects and it will give me slight menopause symptoms I'm having my 4th injection on the 23rd of December just hoping it doesn't give me strong cramps over Christmas though xx
