hi lovelies, so when i sneeze or cough i feel like my ovaries are going to burst/ jump out my body the pain can be excruciating. I do get random flare ups but this can be herrendous? has anyone else had the same? kisses shelley xx

Hey, I used to get this on one side but I had an endometrioma in that ovary which is what caused it I think. It’s been a lot better since I had it removed xx

Don’t worry I’ve been there too when I’ve felt like maybe I was crazy and it was all in my head. I hope your pain gets better soon! Xx

Heya, I am really early in my endo-diagnosis but I feel this pain SO OFTEN!! I completely understand the pain your describing, it is just something else!!

I get this with strong sneezes and coughs! I don’t have an endometrioma but do have endo and adeno and polycystic ovaries… it’s so painful! No idea why these things trigger flares of pain though?!
