Hello lovely ladies,

I meant to post this ages ago….but life gets in the way and I have been so busy!!

I wanted to share with you how amazing the Ovira device is for endometriosis!!

I’m sure some of you may have heard about this (or even have your own), but for those of you that haven’t….I cannot recommend enough!!

I was having a particularly bad flare up of Endo about 4 months ago and my partner very kindly had a research into options out there that can help relieve pain (as tablets and hot water bottles just weren’t cutting it). He discovered the Ovira device and very kindly bought me one.

It has changed my life and I cannot praise it highly enough 😊🥰✨

I use the device whenever I’m having flare up, both on my period and off and it’s so discrete that I can wear it whilst working, when out and about and also when exercising (it’s great for walking and running).

I usually get flare ups when I go running 🏃‍♀️ and so whilst the Ovira doesn’t rid the pain, it blocks it out allowing me to do the activity.

I recently ran the Manchester Half Marathon with my dad, raising money for the Christie Foundation - I had two Ovira’s with me on the day of the event, one charged up in a bumbag that I swapped half way round the course when the first one ran out!! Achieving this was NOT possible without the Ovira!! 🏃‍♀️🎖🎗

If you haven’t heard off Ovira, I definitely recommend having a look into it!! Of course it might not be right for you, but definitely worth a look 👀
