Sudden adhesion growth

Hi all, I had my consultation a few weeks ago after a 6.5cm growth between my uterus and bowel was found on an ultrasound as well as kissing ovaries. The consultant said he was baffled as the ultrasound previous to that one (only 3 months earlier) didn't show the growth. He did an examination and couldn't feel it either. He said my uterus was retroverted and my cervix tilted back which was very rare and not what he expected to find.

He mentioned surgery but said it would be risky and wants an mri.

Has anyone had anything similar?

HiAny surgery is risking, they’ll say that as it can cause adhesions mainly at the areas they cut. Have you an appointment for MRI, this is the better way of seeing adhesions but no scan is foolproof. The only real way to see Endo is the naked eye.

Is he an Endo specialist?
