Hey guys, the pain specialists at my endo clinic have suggested trying ilioinguinal nerve block injections for pain. Has anyone tried this? Or does anyone know where I can find more information as there doesnt seem to be much!

Thanks!

Hi Lucy

I'm afraid that the resources on our website don't offer a huge amount of insight into nerve block treatments either. However, as it has been recommended by endometriosis pain management specialists, you are clearly in safe hands! It might be worth contacting the endo centre and asking if they could recommend an article that you could read to give you more insight into how the nerve block will work for you?

Hoping it really helps with your pain!

HiI've been offered lidocaine infusion, but by the pain team. It's meant to numb the nerve.

So is yours just one injection?

Hope you are well
