Has anyone used letrozole with pcos and endometriosis? Was it successful?

I've not used Letrozole but I have used Anastrozole which is similar drug for the treatment of endometriosis. It definitely helps me and I've been on it for years. It's prescribed for me off label xx

Hi Hun I started on letrozole 2.5mg from the 2nd day of my period for 5 days. Today was the last tablet.

I have a scan booked for this Wednesday and Friday, however it all depends on the scan Wednesday wether I need the 2nd scan.

The only side affect I got was bad migraine headaces.

I will let you wether it's done what it's meant to do on Wednesday however everyone is different.

When do you start your letrozole and how many mg are you on?

Aww ok hun, let me know how you get on. I went today for a scan I had small ones on my left ovary and on the right ovary there is one measuring 13mm I have to go back Friday and possibly Monday for a rescan till they get to 18 to 20mm. Hope your well?

Good Luck Hun, not long now to wait. I went into the clinic on Monday for a scan my follice was measuring 20.6mm I had to trigger with gonassi that night at 9:30 I then went in today for the actual treatment so now have a 16 day wait to see if successful. However seem to have bit of a uti so have to contact GP tomorrow plus stommach cramps, bloating from the gonassi injection. Hope your doing OK?xx

Thank you 😊 you will be absolutely fine hun. Are you having IVF or IUI? I can understand the nervousness as I was the same and still on edge its natrual just got to try and relax easier said than done I know cause I'm the same. All be worth it in the end xxx
