Hi all I got out on prostap to calm my severe endo down before IVF. I've done it before and I am aware of the effects it has on me. The worst thing are mood swings. I work with small children and sometimes I really struggle.
How do people control their moods? Is there a magic bean I can take to stop it? I feel so angry today, no patience at all. And for no reason! Please help....

I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with mood swings. This is really common with endometriosis due to how it affects our hormones. I don't believe there is a magical cure unfortunately, but it would definitely be worth discussing this with your GP, and perhaps asking if they can check your bloods for any vitamin deficiencies or other treatments.
As always, things like mindfulness and meditation, relaxing exercising such as yoga, listening to music and spending time in nature can all help our mental health 😊 Sometimes, all we need is to speak to someone who understands, and you can do that by calling our Endometriosis UK helpline, the rota details are here: endometriosis-uk.org/helpline
I hope that things improve for you soon. You're not alone with your feelings 😊
