Pain after removal of endo

Hiya.

I had key hole surgery to remove stage 2 endo at the end of July and at first I was basically pain free once my stitches had healed. The pain free honeymoon lasted about 2 weeks and now I’m back to swollen tummy, bleeding non stop (blood tissue coming away) and general feeling unwell and tired. They fitted the marina coil while they did the surgery also and I’ve never felt right with it. I just wondered if anyone else had similar experience?
