I am due to have surgery for my fallopian tube, cysts and endometriosis soon and as such I have been on Decaptyl. Awful side effects but I advised my Surgeon I would only do 6 months and thats it. This will bring me to my surgery date, however my surgeon advised I would need to stay on Decaptyl post surgery (not sure how long).
No idea what my AMH will be post Decaptyl but I just wanted to know what peoples experience is after surgery. Are there better outcomes if you stay on this drug for a little longer then try to conceive? Would love to hear peoples experience of this as would just like some good evidence as to why I can stop the injection to discuss with my surgeon.
