Hope your all doing ok I have posted a few times on here regarding my Endo journey but I had my internal scan yesterday and I finally have answers !

I wasn’t getting my hopes up as I know it can sometimes be very hard for things to be seen but they had no problem at all.

Back when I was 19 and diagnosed with endo the doctor told me it was pretty bad then but I have been one of the lucky ones where I went on to have two beautiful daughters and the pill has kept any pain at bay.

But over the last few years ( I’m 40 this year ) things started to change I would have bad flare ups ( diarrhoea and extreme stomach cramps ) that I was always told was IBS but to cut a long story short I knew things weren’t right the scan has revealed my bowel is stuck to my womb and has a nodule on it my right Fallopian tube is also stuck solid my bladder is clear which is a relief but I was told it’s all very stuck together inside and quite bad so my next step is to wait to speak to my Endo doctor and see what’s next.

Anyone else with Endo on the bowel that hasn’t had any treatment for ? Or anyone that has and what did you have ?

Hi. I’ve had 2 laps and a diagnostic as my bowel left ovary and uterus are mangled. I can’t have further surgery as too complex so managing. Bloating is horrendous. I watch what I eat to help with bowel pain. I found massaging the bowel helps sometimes.
