Left shoulder pain

Hey guys ,

I was wondering if any one else gets shoulder pain? Im about to ovulate, according to my period diary... and I have really bad left shoulder pain going up into bottom of my neck. Also really bad headache.

Does anyone else get this? I googled it ( always risky) and everything that came up was about diaphragmatic endometriosis, but I'm not sure that is what I have as I don't have any other symptoms.

Would really appreciate any help with this

Hi there, I get terrible right shoulder pain and have done for years - always worse between ovulation and period. I’ve had to wear a sling at times because it so intense. Feels like trapped nerve pain. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis on Monday and had the lesions removed so waiting to see if this improves the shoulder issue!
