Remedy's for stress & Mood swings?

Hi all, I'm pretty sure we all suffer with our moods. The overall stress of living with endo!

I know I do. I am always scared of when the next bout of awful pain is coming and I also get rather bad mood swings that come with periods.

I was just wondering if anyone recommends anything to help?

Many thanks

I wish I knew.

It’s often a combination of trying all the things and it’s exhausting but we keep searching and hoping.

Trying SSRI’s which are a new type of antidepressant and so far, so good. I am in a medical menopause with Zolodex and HRT - so no periods helps!

If you crack this, let me know x

I did zolodez for 6months (which was all I was aloud due to it can cause brital bones) and honestly I was alot better for just under 2 years after taking it. Id still have bad days. But no where near as bad as I did prior! But its worn off and going back to the way I was. I really hope the zolodex gives you some relief!!

When you say anti depressants do they have the same number side affects to most anti depressants?

I don’t know but Citalopram you can look it up. I did 2 weeks on 10mg and now 20mg the last 2 days and I feel ridiculously tired…..gonna see how I go. The pain seems better….we will see x

hi hun how's u doing? I was on different concoctions of anti depressants all with horrific side effects, I started smoking cannabis for pain relief but it helped me with my anxiety, depression, mood swings and panic attacks just to name a few, I'm no longer on anti depressants I came off them myself and I feel so much better for it, clear headed, more myself. all the antidepressants did was numb me emotionally I didn't deal with my issues head on (scary at first) 😂 but I'm able to cope better with everything now, pain included. hope you get the help u need xx
