Is this Endometriosis?

I know this isn’t a professional opinion but I just got my files back from the hospital for the first time. I’ve suffered with symptoms of endometriosis for years and was looking for answers. I still don’t have one but I was never told about this on my file. Is this an endometrial implant?

I’m seeking a second opinion still and waiting currently on the appointment. But my mind right now is all over the place and if there’s any chance that anyone knows that this might be something please let me know. Thanks xx

I’m not sure if you can zoom in on this picture or not, but the spots I circled were some of the endo I had removed 3 years ago... after ALREADY having endo removed 2 years before that 😞
