Quick background story:- I was diagnosed with peritoneal endometriosis and had a laparoscopy with treatment in Nov 2020. My symptoms were constant pelvic pain, nausea and bloating.
However over the last 3 months, my periods have been delayed and I have been having severe lower back and left sided leg and hip pain during ovulation and 1 week before my period.
Is this an indication the endometriosis is back or has spread to another location?
Is it safe to have another laparoscopy even though its only been 6 months?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ahh thats quite interesting, I suppose that could be a possibility. The surgery was done by a gynae.
Yes my first one was done privately. Unfortunately I went back and forth with the nhs for 8 years and was finally diagnosed within 2 weeks after going private.
It’s not a very nice symptom at all as it effects my ability to walk, get up etc. 😭
I was advised by my gynae to take a few supplements (DIM, evening primrose oil, vit d, but b) so only treating herbally atm along with painkillers.
Yes I understand it can be such a struggle to get diagnosed.
If you're interested in more natural things that work I'm happy to share my research with you and what's helped me. Feel free to send me a private message, can't post here as Endo UK don't want links to other websites posted publicly.
