Fresh Embryo Transfer without downregulation?

Hello,

I've been collecting embryos between November and now, so far have likely 3 frozen to start transferring from july onwards.

My consultant has recommended a fresh transfer with no downregulation other than some antibiotics and probiotics beforehand. His reasoning is that Ive had 2 previous pregnancies one live birth, one miscarriage. I do have adenomyosis present but its really really mild. After each lap ive fallen pregnant, one in 2016 and the other in 2019.

Has anyone been in a similar experience and fallen pregnant this way? I'm a little worried that because im not downregulating with lupron/prostrap beforehand that the inflammation might impact implantation.

Thanks,

Ahh thanks Tillyfloss that's reassuring to know! I seem to fall pregnant very easily and quickly after the surgeries. The first resulted in my son, the second was a miscarriage so I'm hoping that IVF might be the solution but was a bit concerned that my consultant didnt think I needed to downregulate. I suppose time will tell! Thanks again :)
