No rhyme or reason to pain

Hello everybody.

This is just a quick post but I am hoping someone can give me some advise. I have not been diagnosed but my gp are treating me as it is endometriosis until I see a gynacologist.

I just want to know if anybodies pain doesn't go by a pattern. I have unbearable main the week leading up to my period but the rest of the days make no sense in the pain. Somedays it is bareable with pain killers and then the next day I can randomly be in unbearable agony where painkillers don't touch the pain, then the next day go back to bareable. Is this normal? Does anybody else's pain fluctuate with no rhyme or reason?
