Endometriosis in images from previous surgery?

Hi all! I have a history of ovarian cysts. Had a laparotomy in 2008 and laparoscopy in 2014. I’ve always suffered from horrendous periods, ovulation pain etc...

since October the pain has been getting worse in my back and stomach, each month is worse, I don’t get a break from the pain now. I have a gynae consultation on the 28th and to prepare I’ve got hold of my previous medical history. Two things I’ve noticed is the images taken from the laparoscopy, I’m sure that looks like endometriosis? It’s also mentioned in the paperwork under operative information but I’m not sure if that’s standard and not specific to me. Please see image attached.

If anyone know what endo tissue looks like can I maybe have your opinion on what you think? I have never been diagnosed and I’ve only learnt about endometriosis in January! Any comments would be appreciated x
