I know there are some dietitian that are specialised in Endometriosis diet.

Is it possible to have some name of doctors near my area (Watford, Harrow)

I’ve been working with Karine Stephane as a Nutritionist for past 2+ months and couldn’t recommend her enough! She is knowledgeable on anything endometriosis, menstrual cycles, hormonal unbalance topics, having had her own life challenges with fertility - I live in east London, she is in South London and we mostly have Zoom sessions or exchange fairly frequent emails or short phone calls in between main sessions when I have follow-up or as-hoc questions or observations, you can find her here or simply Google: instagram.com/happylivingnu...

Btw when I was researching the right nutritionist for me, most qualified nutritionists/dietitians would offer a short 15-20mins preliminary chat for free to explore if that’s the right fit before mutual commitment, so I would encourage you to speak with 2-3 people to see if that’s the right person for you.

You’re very welcome! ❤️ I should also add that it was Karine, my nutritionist, who encouraged me to get endometriosis diagnosis (plus explore others health concerns, some of which were not on my radar even) as I was being dismissed for 20+ years by GPs and gynaecologists and, looking back, a very painful period was normalised at my family home so I learned to suck it up... 😞 but no more 💪
