So sorry if tmi but bnot sure where else to ask. I have pain during sex but also a really funny feeling in the back passage, as if something is going to fall out. Does this sound mamiloar to anyone else?
It's almost as if the wall between the vagina and rectum is too thin. Strange I know, but it's starting to concern me

Pain during sex could definitely be endometriosis, especially if it is around the ligaments to your uterus or your gut close to your rectum. However, the feeling of something falling out of your bottom sounds more like haemorrhoids which I hear can also be very painful. Either way you should be going to your GP with these symptoms. Hope you get it sorted! X
Hi Samantha UK,I would suggest telling your doctor that in the context of endometriosis. I think that needs to be seen.
I say that because I have a similar sensation at the back. In my case, it's because I have adhesions from uterus to rectum, and a cyst in the pouch of Douglas. I am awaiting and MRI scan for this before gynaecology considers a surgery plan with the multi discipline team.
Pain during or after sex is a common symptom of endometriosis. I don't happen to have that, but a vaginal ultrasound was very sensitive for me at the deepest points during the test.
Of course, we are all different, so your GP and perhaps gynaecologist can talk with you to help discover what it is in your case.
I have pain during sex and I must say, I have an uncomfortable feeling in my back passage. I don’t feel that something is going to fall out but almost feel a sort of strange pressure and feel like I need to pass wind. Which obviously would be super awkward! Haha. I think I will mention this at my next appointment, whenever that will be!
