Hi,

After a long time I've had a pain free period. None of my usual symptoms. No painful peeing/pooing no agonising pains.

Is this common?! I'm so confused, relived, but confused.

That's amazing, it shows your body IS capable of a normal period! Did you do anything different eg with your diet or meds this month?

I have been walking alot as was hoping it would help, I did 112km in two weeks and that's the only thing I can put it down too! I've had bloating and exhaustion but no pain.I will certainly be keeping it up in case that is the help!!!

Wow that's amazing!! Well exercise is supposed to help balance hormones and maybe the increased muscle tone has helped the cramps. Well done 112km is a fab achievement!!!
