My partner struggles to convey what she is going through sometimes and obviously is impossible for me to understand so i am hoping to gain more insight and best practices to help her as best i can. From time to time i'll pop on and ask some super personal questions and answer some from what i have learned so far but mostly i'll be just quietly sitting in the back row!
