Shoulder pains?

Hey ladies, does anyone else suffer with bad shoulder and arm pain due to their endo? Since yesterday my right shoulder radiating all the way down my arm to my hand, it’s hurting so much. Like a deep dull growing pain, similar to the pains I get in my pelvis and thighs. Does anyone else differ with this? It seems to flare up bad now and again and kept me awake last night, having to sit with a heat bag on and taken codeine xx

Is madness with this shoulder pain...it goes from right to left and cannot catch a break. I go and see a chiro on weekly basis to help with the pain and a lot of yoga and hot water bottles on my shoulder blades.

Yes mine can be either side. I get really bad pain in my thighs too which is similar deep dull knawing pain but with the addition of electric shock type shooting pains. I would be lost without my hot water bottle and have recently discovered bath salts with cbd oil which helped last night x

I get very bad shoulder pain as well - it can be caused by endo on the diaphragm! They found it by accident during my laparoscopy but couldn’t remove it.

I had never heard of endo on the diaphragm until chatting to others on here, it’s awful how many areas it can affect. I had a lap in august but with general gynae who was really dismissive and I think I was only under for 15 minutes and she only checked my tubes/ ovaries / uterus and not very thoroughly, didn’t take photos and just discharged me with IBS. I’m seeing a BSGE specialist now who’s actually listening and thinks I do have endo so hoping to get answers eventually. Have you got to have surgery again to remove it? Xx

Yes I get this! I recommend having a bath and trying to do regular yoga. My shoulder pain flares up with my periods but haven't managed to stop them using hormones yet...
