I have just today seen my consultant following an MRI last month. He gave me the diagnosis ‘deep endometriosis in the posterior compartment with involvement of the left vaginal fornix, subacute blood collection and evidence of recto-vaginal endometriosis’
I didn’t take a great deal in during the appointment and not sure how much I understand. I have one child and would really like to have another. He said this would not affect my fertility or ability to get pregnant/carry a baby, but I’m reading conflicting information on google!
Not sure who to talk to and wondered if this forum could offer any support.
Thanks xx

He is right! There’s no saying your Endo will effect fertility! If you had cysts on your ovaries and damaged Fallopian tubes, then it’s highly likely to cause some problems! But what your MRI shows is that actually it’s lower in your pelvis than any important structures!
